Refunds and Replacement

You can request a refund or replacement within 90 days of original purchase date. To do so, return the unused portion of your Perfect Smile product to us at the address above. Be sure to package the product appropriately to prevent leakage. Also, include a note in the box with information about the challenges you experienced with the product, when you purchased it (including a copy of your invoice or the invoice number if available) and the address to which we should send the replacement or refund along with your email address, phone number and the best time to reach you should we have any questions. Replacements will be made with like product or reasonable substitute. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price of the product but will not include any shipping charges paid. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

Damaged in Shipping

If your product was received damaged, please call us or email us and be sure to include your invoice number and we will ship out replacement products for you.
