A: Perfect Smile uses UPS to ship all of our products and you several options for standard or expedited delivery.

Q: What security measures are in place on your website?
A: Ordering products from our website is fully secure, which employs a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) data encryption certificate from Network Solutions. You can tell whether you are on a secure area on any website by looking at the address bar. If the first part of the web address bar shows “https://” instead of just “http://” (the difference being an “s” which signifies “secure”), you know you are in a secure, encrypted area of the website. This is true for any ecommerce website, not just ours. When you first arrive to the Perfect Smile website you are not in an encrypted area, however as soon as you click the “Checkout” or “View Cart” buttons, you will see the “s” appears after the “http” signifying that the security is then active and all data being transmitted to and from your computer is encrypted with 128 bit security.

Q: My dentist sells specialized oral care products at his office. Is there any way he could also sell Perfect Smile items too?
A: We are currently putting together a program to offer Perfect Smile products through dental offices beginning later this year.  In the meantime, you can download information sheets and product details to share with your dentist.  If your dentist, hygienist or other medical professional (chiropractor, naturopath, etc.) wants to know more, have them contact us so that we can provide them with some details about our resale programs.

Q: I remember seeing an infomercial about the Perfect Smile Teeth Whitening System a long time ago. Is this the same company and do you still sell the Teeth Whitening System?
A: Great question and good memory! Many years ago, Dr. Robert O. Wolf was the co-developer of the Perfect Smile Teeth Whitening System which was endorsed by Vanna White and marketed on television as the first "dental office whitening system adapted for home use."  Dr. Wolf is also the person who developed the proprietary ingredients in all of our the current Perfect Smile product line.  Perfect Smile revolutionized the teeth whitening industry with the introduction of our Teeth Whitening Pen and because the click-and-brush pen is so easy and convenient, the original teeth whitening system is no longer being offered.
