PERFECT SMILE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES INTRODUCTION OF
Q-LITOL™ IN ALL ORAL CARE PRODUCTS

Cleveland, Ohio, March 20, 2006 -- Perfect Smile Corporation announced today that it has reformulated its oral care products to include Q-litol™, a proprietary formulation of Vitamin C, Xylitol and MicroActive™ CoQ10 Complex.

As previously announced, Perfect Smile acquired an exclusive license to use MicroActive™ CoQ10 Complex in oral care applications.  MicroActive™ CoQ10 Complex is produced under a patented process, and laboratory studies utilizing human gingival cells demonstrate superior bioavailability as compared to standard forms of CoQ10.  The combination of this superior form of CoQ10 in formulations that include Xylitol and Vitamin C has been trademarked by Perfect Smile under the name Q-litol™ and has led to the development of a potent product line of oral care products containing ingredients that fight gum disease, remove plaque, reduce cavities, whiten teeth, freshen breath and provide significant antioxidant and anti-microbial activity.  

The Perfect Smile product line containing Q-litol™ includes fluoride and fluoride-free toothpastes, alcohol-free mouth rinse, and chewing gums in mint and cinnamint flavors.  The company expects to add additional products in the future and is preparing to launch its Q-litol™ products in a national television campaign in the fall of 2006.
