What is CoQ10?
Coenzyme Q10, or CoQ10 for short, is a fat (oil) soluble substance which occurs naturally and is found in every cell of the human body. CoQ10's alternate name, ubiquinone, was derived from the word ubiquitous which means "present everywhere."
